- Match the grade and the process before you compare. A washed grade 1 and a natural grade 1 have different floors.
- Check the delivery basis on the quote you hold. This data does not state one, so we do not claim it is FOB.
- Use it as a floor, not a forecast. It tells you what the lowest listed price is, not what the coffee will cost.
- Ask for the cup score and the scoresheet. Two lots at the same grade and the same floor can cup very differently.
