Drawn from the lot on offer
Samples come from the actual lot, drawn at origin, not from a display jar, and travel with the lot record and the score sheet.
Buy the green and roast it yourself, or have it roasted at origin and packed under your label. Samples come with either. We are engaged by the buyer, and every lot is inspected before it ships and after it lands.
You send the brief, for specialty or commercial grades. We come back with real lots from exporters we have vetted, each carrying the documentation to check every claim, and we stay with the coffee through contracting, documents and shipment.

One is dispatched to you to cup on your own bench. One is held against the shipment, so what arrives can be read against what you approved.
Cafés, roasters, hotels and resellers anywhere in the world can carry their own Ethiopian coffee. We find the lot, grade and cup it, roast it, put your name on it, and send it to you.
